Japanese names[edit]

For a variety of reasons, please do not move pages to titles with non-ASCII characters in them. It complicates wiki formatting, makes things harder to find, and generally isn't appropriate for an English language wiki. The only major exception is é for Pokémon-related titles. Ya how about we do it *romanized* followed by (actual tag), eg Jouske (丈助) Herbert Von Karajan (talk) 14:14, 28 September 2015 (EDT)

That's a very bad idea for the page title. The romanization should be the title, and the actual tag in Japanese belongs in the first sentence of the page. Furthermore, do you have a reason for moving the romanization as you did? Every link on this wiki uses the "Jousuke" romanization, including your Smasher page. Ya I have a reason, that's what 丈助 says his english tag is. Jousuke is wrong spelling. Herbert Von Karajan (talk) 14:28, 28 September 2015 (EDT)
Can you cite a source for that please? Miles (talk) 14:23, 28 September 2015 (EDT)

I asked him why he spells it Jouske last year, he said its because "丈助" is spelled slightly wrong, cause of chinese or something, so he wants his english tag to capture that fact.
