Note that I used to be named ..... on this wiki which lasted about my first year and a half on the wiki, having to change it because it was a rather weird username (in fact, its now even considered an inappropriate username on here), and Dots was the preferred username by users on here, but on other NIWA wikis I may just go with this name mainly. Simply put, I'm just a regular person that has been playing Smash Bros. for a long time since 2004. I used to be arguably the most active user on SmashWiki back in 2012-2013 and while I'm not as active as I used to be, I still consider myself very active on this wiki. In terms of Smash game preference, I prefer Brawl/Smash 4 over SSB64 over Melee but I definitely enjoy playing all four (five if you want to consider the 3DS and Wii U version as a pair for Smash 4) games in the series while playing them at a good skill level (not really for Melee).

I'm not all that too active playing Smash nowadays but if you want to play me, I'll happily accept.

I'm also quite active on the SmashWiki IRC so you can find me there too.

About me

Here are some dates of when I got some of the Smash Bros. games. I got Super Smash Bros. Melee in 2004. I got Super Smash Bros. Brawl at the day it released, March 9, 2008. I apparently have the original Super Smash Bros. on the virtual console on my Wii since 2010. I got both the 3DS and Wii U versions of Super Smash Bros. 4 on their respective release dates..

I joined Smashwiki on December 15, 2010, a few months after this wiki moved from Wikia. I got Rollback here on January 28, 2012 (Yeah, it may have took a while). If you think I am great for becoming an admin, thanks but I highly do not need it.

My favorite video game series would be Pokémon, and my second favorite would be Mega Man.

I, myself, am a huge Nintendo fan. I usually prefer the Wii/Wii U over the Xbox 360/Xbox One and Playstation 3/PS4 even though most of my friends prefer those gaming consoles over the Wii. I had a GameCube since 2003, I had a Wii since 2006, and I gotten a Nintendo 64 as a gift from somebody else from North Carolina since somewhere around 2007. I got a Super Nintendo Entertainment System off from online shopping by 2012. And last but not least, I got a Wii U by January 2014 (only just need a Nintendo Entertainment System and I got the entire Nintendo home console collection :D). To be quite honest, I might of only bought the Wii U just for Smash 4 just like some of you guys.

Video games that I tend to be competent or good at are StarCraft, Mega Man X, Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. 4. I mostly tend to play casually but I also speedrun too.

Some users consider me as one of Smashwiki's best Brawl players back in 2011-2013. Here and now, I do not know how well I fair against this wiki in Smash 4, maybe not as dominate as I used to be.

If you would like to know what my favorite Nintendo characters are, my three would probably be Pikachu, Mario, Kirby. And its obvious that my favorite Pokémon is also Pikachu.

Would be kinda weird to talk about tier lists on my userpage but I also highly support being a pro-tier. The huge number of different variables and properties that can't be successfully controlled make it impossible to balance. Also, tier lists are based on how well all characters do in tournaments and they get ranked in order for their potential, based on the analyzes of the metagame. The tier list is also based on competitive play with high level techniques and strategies unlike low level play. Thus, I believe that a tier list should be in every fighting game. However, this does not mean that the anti-tiers doesn't have their good reasons. People would choose the top characters to use which makes only those characters to have a clear metagame which supports the higher tier characters position other than the lower tier characters which are underused.

I also have a SmashBoards, a All is Brawl account, and a Deviantart account so you can also see me there too. I'm uber inactive on those sites however but I do visit them occasionally for mostly noticeable things that I just have to look at such as new tier lists.

Personality

I'm just an Asian kid who has once lived in California and is known to be a very sweet boy (and is from a Chinese family) who has High functioning autism (which suck :P) and is at a young age. As I said above, there is probably not much to know about me. Lets face it, I'm not really the best person around despite the stereotype that Asians dominate everything. I'm definitely not one of the top students in my school and is not the best gamer around anywhere. Even when I try my best, I'm easily outclassed by far more better people. Despite this, many people said that I was very good at math back in the day and excel at it when I was in elementary school.

I generally enjoy playing video games and going on the computer with my favorite video game series is being Pokémon, which is perhaps the video games that I spent the most time on as well. I also like playing games from the 1990's as well and its one of the things I enjoy playing most. I also seem to have a nostalgia feeling about the 1980's.

Nowadays, I'm basically in high school working hard to get good grades but I also play some if I can. I plan on going to a good college then after that.

Trivia

The trivia section is said in third-person if you don't mind.

• Dots is known to make dumb, yet true predictions.
• Dots is known to have a strong dislike of criticism that claims him to be stubborn, arrogant, and/or the way he speaks (grammar in internet terms).
  • Hate to say this but he was also the most criticized, if not the most controversial user back in 2012 on SmashWiki due to the aforementioned call outs.
• Dots' favorite genre of music is Classical. He does not like Heavy Metal music on the other hand.
• Dots' favorite Smash character is either Marth or Kirby.
• Dots usually doesn't ever taunt while playing Smash but he will taunt when something strangely funny happens (i.e a funny KO).
• Dots doesn't usually play mods too much due to his dislike about the vast amount of technical setup that one has to do.
  • Dots does not actually play Project M, despite it being a mod that is easy to setup unlike mods for other games. He in fact dislikes Project M.
• Dots thinks Smash 4 (at least the Wii U version) is the perfect Smash game. His reasons for this is because while it may not be as definitive as Melee and the Wii U version may not sell as well as Brawl, it answered many of the problems each of the first three Smash games had, from Smash 64's lack of content, to Melee' difficult learning curve, and to Brawl's overall enjoyable but messed up gameplay.
• Melee and Pokémon Ruby, Sapphirre, and Emerald are Dots' least favorite games in the Smash and Pokémon franchises respectively despite the fact that he recognize that they both have really huge and passionate fanbases who think that they are the definitive games in their series.
  • Despite how terribly flawed they are, Brawl and Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow are his favorites in their respective franchises.
