Tope is a Sheik main from Richmond, Virginia who currently resides in Pensacola, Florida. He often teams with Cyrain at nationals, and has done so to great success, placing 5th in Melee doubles at Apex 2014.

Tope is known for being one of if not the first Sheik player to popularize tech-chasing against fast-falling characters like Fox and Falco, a strategy that is now commonly used by nearly every Sheik player. At the time in which this was the case, they called it "Tope-chasing".
