Toomai is a Canadian Yoshi player from Peterborough, Ontario. He is currently an active bureaucrat on SmashWiki, and possesses extremely in-depth knowledge of many inner workings of the Smash Bros. games. He is somewhat of a data pioneer for various aspects of character attributes, hitbox and hurtbox attributes, general moveset data, and enemy attacks for all four games. He also wrote the first version of the BrawlBox hitbox viewer, which was recognized by the Project M development team as being a major asset to the project.
Despite his copious technical knowledge, Toomai has little want to be a part of competitive, and is only mainly known for his discoveries. He is otherwise not very well known.
