Big Blue is unlocked by playing 150 battles in VS Mode. It is also Captain Falcon's home stage.
Announced at E3 2001, The battle starts off on Captain Falcon's ship, the Falcon Flyer. The ship will start flying towards the right of the screen after a few seconds. The battle then must move to the cars and the platforms floating above the road. Unlike Mute City, fighting on the cars will not damage your character. As everything is traveling towards the right side of the screen at great speeds, anything that lands on the track will shoot off the left side of the screen.
Trivia
- If the fastest characters to equip a Bunny Hood and use a Super Mushroom, they can run along the road and keep up with the cars.
- Additionally, Sonic needs just a Bunny Hood to keep up.
- If a Party Ball or Flipper is thrown, it will fly off the screen towards the left. The same thing applies to certain airborne Pokémon, like the Legendary Birds and Weezing.
- A weird version of this called "Big Blue's Wild Ride" is accessible through a certain AR cheat. In this version, the cars and the camera spin randomly.
