Dedenne (デデンネ, Dedenne) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon series. It first appeared in Pokémon X and Y, acting as among the many new Pokémon to demonstrate the new Fairy type.
Origin
Introduced in Generation VI, Dedenne (#702 in the National Pokédex) is a dual Electric/Fairy-type Pokémon that has no evolutionary or preevolutionary forms. One of its main Abilities is Cheek Pouch, which restores one third of its HP when it eats a Berry. The other is Pickup, which allows Dedenne to collect used items in battle and random items outside of battle.
In Super Smash Bros. 4
Dedenne appears in Super Smash Bros. 4 as a Poké Ball Pokémon. When summoned, it hovers in the air and spins electricity around itself. The attack hits multiple times, and its final hit inflicts medium knockback. It is similar in its way of attacking to Robin's Arcthunder projectile upon hitting a target, but with the electric charge spinning rather than being stationary.
