Unsigned

Just a reminder, according to its page, the unsigned template should always be substituted ({{subst:unsigned|name|time}}). PikaSamus (talk) PikaSamus 16:32, 2 December 2014 (EST)

Weird. I've been doing it wrong for the past 3 months and no one told me until now... well thanks anyways. Also, it doesn't say anything about adding <small></small> to it. It seems optional, though, many people seem to put it anyways. Should it be added, or let it be as is? Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 16:38, 2 December 2014 (EST)
The small tags are part of the template. PikaSamus (talk) PikaSamus 16:40, 2 December 2014 (EST)
Oh. :|=< Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 16:40, 2 December 2014 (EST)

About that edit...

That was a mistake, I hit save, then it said someone else edited it, unaware that it was already saved, so I though it was the wrong time, then I typed "~~~~" thinking it wasn't saved. Smash Master 16:07, 6 December 2014 (EST)

So, you just edit conflicted yourself. That's understandable, it happens to me, too, sometimes. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 16:11, 6 December 2014 (EST)

If you're so obsessed with tagging

...then perhaps you should comment on this proposal.

Also, you should note that graphics consisting only of simple geometry (such as many of the series symbols) are ineligible for copyright. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Eggster 16:18, 7 December 2014 (EST)

All right, I'll comment on that proposal. As for the second thing, you want me to change the series symbols I marked as {{fairuse}} into {{PD}}? Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 16:21, 7 December 2014 (EST)
I'm not totally sure. Wikipedia lists this on its images of the Smash Bros. symbol and the Triforce: "This image of simple geometry is ineligible for copyright and therefore in the public domain, because it consists entirely of information that is common property and contains no original authorship." But I don't know exactly where the line is drawn. Toomai Glittershine ??? The Riotous 16:23, 7 December 2014 (EST)
Well, it says it's public domain, so… I'm just going to change the tags to {{PD}}, if you don't mind. Also, I commented on your proposal. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 16:29, 7 December 2014 (EST)

Quick thanks.

I appreciate your help and understanding today. And, as a note, when you said to focus on the mainspace, my userpage is literally only to serve as a data dump for the Equipment page's min-max section. Is that wrong? I was recommended to do so by another user. Or, were my constant edits the problem? Either way, thanks again for putting up with this noob. ZobmieRules (talk) 21:37, 15 December 2014 (EST)

You're welcome. As for your userpage edits, if you were told to do it by another user, then I guess the userpage edits could be excused, but if you're going to do an info dump and be done with it after that, then put more info in at once than less. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 21:44, 15 December 2014 (EST)
(http://www.ssbwiki.com/Talk:Equipment#Equipment_dump.3F) I know this isn't an excuse, but I saved frequently because I was using my Game Pad, and didn't want to have to do it again. Is it alright if I update the list once every 2 days? (As I'll obviously be getting more equipment.)ZobmieRules (talk) 21:48, 15 December 2014 (EST)
I guess, just as long as you edit the mainspace more during this time and after. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 21:50, 15 December 2014 (EST)

Would you really consider that speculation, though?

It's not something that's set in stone, but it does seem probable, especially since they do expand upon Uprising' story in those conversations and both games are made by the same guy. VinSymbol.pngVinLAURiA (talk) 20:57, 18 December 2014 (EST)

Anything that's "may be", "possibly is", or "probable" is speculation. It says it here. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 21:02, 18 December 2014 (EST)
Considering the fact that there are direct references by canonically fourth-wall breaking KI characters about events taking place after the fight with Hades which served as the end of KI:U, I wouldn't consider it a stretch to take their statements as canonical. Miles (talk) 21:05, 18 December 2014 (EST)
Meh, I don't play KI:U, don't have any expertise about the series. I wouldn't mind if you add it back, but not to Pit's page. It seems, since you only linked to Dark Pit's, and that would only imply direct references with that message only, then I would relocate it to either that section of Palutena's Guidance or Dark Pit's page, because Dark Pit's conversation doesn't really tell what happened to Pit afterwards; only Dark Pit (and Viridi, to an extent). If there's more examples, then… if there's not, you may add it back, but to the Dark Pit page. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 21:13, 18 December 2014 (EST)

Would You Stop With the Welcome Message?!

I've been a member for over a year now. DON'T SEND ME THIS STUPID WELCOME MESSAGE. mathwiz86

You deleted it. Don't delete talk page messages.Littlesquirtle! I choose you!LittleSquirtleSig.png 17:19, 19 December 2014 (EST)
You can't force me to stop adding it back; you're not allowed to remove talk page content, as outlined here. Removing it will just result in me adding it back. Also, the welcome message is a general message given to any user that's a member, no matter for how long. It's a template that adds the message, not my own words. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 17:26, 19 December 2014 (EST)

Correction

It's in a yellow status not in a red status. Just letting you know. :) (Smashworker101 (talk) 20:15, 19 December 2014 (EST))

If you're referring to the thing on my userpage, I added that when the wiki was in red status. I don't plan on fixing it, though. At least not yet. But thanks, anyways. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 22:48, 19 December 2014 (EST)

22nd message reply

I know I'm very late for this, but the reason for that link is for the revert you did long ago. BTW I'm sorry for violating SW:1RV back then in the Frozen Pac-Man glitch page. I checked the history and the second link which lead to another glitch. So I decided to show you the source because you wanted proof like in your quotes in the history section of the Frozen Pac-Man glitch page:

"Source?"

"And your proof is where? also read SW:1RV"

so there you have it. (Smashworker101 (talk) 18:38, 24 December 2014 (EST))

Wow, I forgot about that. But anyways, my question on the 22nd section wasn't "why you want to use the link", it's "where you want to use the link". Also, the SW:1RVs are forgiven, just as long as you don't do it again.
Another thing: indenting. You shouldn't indent when starting a section, only when replying to a comment. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 18:47, 24 December 2014 (EST)
I said the page like twice already; the Frozen Pac-Man glitch

Reason: link provides more information about the glitch, plus the second link leads to another glitch.

Another thing: indenting. You shouldn't indent while starting a section, only when your replying to a comment
whoops! (Smashworker101 (talk) 19:00, 24 December 2014 (EST))
Oh, sorry, but the way it was worded was a bit confusing, to be honest. No offense, though. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 19:03, 24 December 2014 (EST)
I really have to work on my writing. It's like wording in French like this:
tableau gradua yacht boas objectif xénophobe a-propos amabilité papiers edward wallis-et-futuna qu'aimerais-tu zacharie jusqu'à vacances va-et-vient ukraine sache graduellement yaoundé walkman ceinturent xérès qu'est-ce hebdomadaire fabrique klaxonnaient zodiaque labeurs m.t.s. vacances.
So yeah. There should be a cleanup test to see how good is your writing. BTW I'm sorry to write French words on your talk page. (Smashworker101 (talk) 19:17, 24 December 2014 (EST))
I understood none of that French, but Google Translate brought me this:
"Table graduated boas xenophobic purpose yacht-friendliness papers about edward Wallis-et-Futuna zacharie what would you like to vacation back and forth ukraine know gradually yaoundé walkman belt of fortific."
So yeah, French. Not my language. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 19:36, 24 December 2014 (EST)
Hey, the sentence "would you like to vacation back and forth" was actually pretty good guessing there. I just put random French words for an example of terrible wording if you ask me. :b (Smashworker101 (talk) 00:53, 25 December 2014 (EST))
I have a question for you: do you know any French, and if so, how much? I'm just curious, and I know, SW:TALK and all, but minor off-topic conversation is allowed, and this probably won't go far in conversation anyways (I don't want it to go far, that is; just a simple response is all I want).
Also, fun fact: "eso es de tuyo" means "That is yours" in Spanish, according to Google Translate. If you already knew that and knew what you were putting down, then ignore this. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 01:31, 25 December 2014 (EST)

Just a Question

How does one "revert" an edit, as opposed to just undo it? Because I've seen multiple people pull it off, but I can never figure out how to do it. Happy holidays, by the way. AidanzapunkSig.jpgBlueStreak Speeds By 20:36, 24 December 2014 (EST)

You have to be a rollbacker. If you can undo three different vandals, you can apply here while linking to those undos. ZeldaStarfoxfan2164 (talk) is made in America 20:40, 24 December 2014 (EST)
I have a power known as rollback, which allows a quick revert of the last user who edited a page's edits. It's simple, really, and quicker than a regular undo, especially with vandalism. Rtzxy Reflect.jpg Reflect! 20:44, 24 December 2014 (EST)
