:Because people are busy. Hell, several characters from previous games don't even have their attack pages made. It's also a very time-consuming task. See, people have to gather all the hitbox information about the attack before the page in question can be made. It's a lot easier said than done, really. If you tilt forwards while ducking as Bowser Jr., he'll stab downwards with his fork. Idk if other characters have this, but...
