Inkay (マーイーカ, Maaiika) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon universe. It appears in Super Smash Bros. 4 as a Poké Ball summon. It attacks by turning over and hitting against the ground. Every time it touches the ground, all enemy players on the ground will trip.
Origin
Inkay is a Dark/Psychic Pokémon introduced in Pokémon X and Y, found in the wild in the grassy area of Route 8. It evolves into Malamar starting at level 30 if it levels up while the 3DS is flipped upside-down. Both are the only Pokémon with Contrary, which gives stat changes on themselves the opposite effect, as a non-hidden Ability. Their signature move is Topsy-Turvy, a move that reverses all stat changes on the targeted Pokémon.
