Master Ball: Difference between revisions

In the ''[[Pokémon (universe)|Pokémon]]'' series, the Master Ball is the rarest of all Poké Ball variants, often with the player only able to legitimately obtain only one in each save file without resorting to lottery-based minigames or trading. Whereas all other Poké Ball types may fail at capturing a wild Pokémon under certain circumstances, a Master Ball will catch any wild Pokémon without fail regardless of their health and status (with the exception of Generation 1, which has a 1/256 chance of failure), making it trivial to catch difficult or legendary Pokémon.
