Dig Dug is a classic game made by Namco along with Galaga, Xevious, Mappy, and Pac-Man. The point of the game is to defeat dinosaurs and pookas underground.
In Super Smash Bros 4
The Dig dug universe mark its first appearance along with the Xevious universe and the Pac-Man universe (which brought it in the game).
-Enemies: The Pooka species (tag up with the Pac-Man universe) appears as an enemy in Smash Run for Super Smash Bros for Nintendo 3DS.
-Cameos: a Pooka once again makes a cameo appearance in Pac-Man's up taunt Namco Roulette.
Trivia
- The Dig Dug universe along with the [[Xevious}} universe, Galaga universe, Mappy universe, and Rally-X universe made more cameo appearances than any other new universes in Super Smash Bros 4
