Charles Martinet (born September 17, 1955, in San Jose, California) is a voice actor who is best known for providing voices for characters in the Mario series, most notably Mario himself, his brother, Luigi, their rival counter parts, Wario and Waluigi, and their baby counterparts, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi, and even provided voice acting for Toadsworth, among others. Martinet's first game where he voices as Mario is Mario's FUNdamentals in 1995, but his first Mario main series voice debut was in Super Mario 64 in 1996 and many consider that game as Martinet's voice debut instead.
