Article on Bulbapedia Victini (Pokémon)

Victini (ビクティニ, Bikutini) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon universe, notable for being the only legitimate Pokémon to have the number #000 in a regional Pokédex. Victini has been confirmed to appear as a Poké Ball Pokémon in Super Smash Bros. 4, and it makes the fighter who sent it out temporarily immune to knockback, as well as giving them a boost to attack.

Origin

Victini is a mythical Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It is a dual Fire/Psychic type that is known to give victory to those who befriend it. Its signature Ability is Victory Star, which increases accuracy to all allies on the field. Its signature move is Searing Shot, which deals damage to all surrounding Pokémon with a chance of burning, and it is commonly associated with V-create, a powerful move that also lowers the user's defense, special defense, and speed.
