Ike (アイク, Aiku) will be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. 4, marking his second playable appearance since his debut in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He was announced on the official website on May 23rd, 2014. Rather than using his design from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance as was the case in Brawl, his appearance here is based on the game's sequel, Radiant Dawn.
