Gerson is the top SSB64 player in Peru. He is from Tacna, a city well known for its Smash 64 players. He won the most recent Peruvian National, Tacna 2012. He is considered to be one of the the top Pikachu mains in the world, along with Isai. Gerson also plays Fox at a high level as well. Gerson uses a defensive spacing based Pikachu and the majority of his matches are very long. In doubles matches, he excels at Pikachu dittos, along with Pikachu/Fox and Pikachu/Falcon, taking matches off of Isai in dittos and against his other characters.
