::::::A SSB4 rush in a year or so and speculation on what the increased activity would bring does not justify promoting mediocre admins when better candidates exist. If we did that, our admin team would be full of Miles, which dilutes the quality of SmashWiki's moderation, and makes it more difficult for the better candidates to get adminship when they request ("oh sorry, I would support you, but we have enough admins").
