NorCal Power Rankings

The NCPR (or NorCal Power Rankings) is a list designating the top twenty-five Smashers in North Calfiornia. The NCPR and SCPR are the only Power Rankings permitted which are below the state level. [1]

The panel which decides the list is made up of Full Metal Falcomist, HyugaRicdeau, LunInSpectra, Phil and Zoap.
