The '''Peanut''' is an item which is sometimes left over when a shell of one of [[Diddy Kong (SSBB)|Diddy Kong]]'s [[Peanut (shell)|peanuts]] shatters. They come from the shots fired during Diddy's [[Final Smash]], [[Rocketbarrel Barrage]] and Diddy's [[special move]], [[Peanut Popgun]]. Peanuts act like [[food]], so they can be eaten to recover 2% damage.

These peanuts are faster, deal more damage and inflict more knockback, as well as being more rapidfire.
