===Article that I have contributed a lot to===
After playing a lot of Level 9 CPUs with Ness in Brawl, I realized a quick way to KO them. A common technique I always used was F Throw -> Dair, which almost always killed them. However, Ness' short grab range made it difficult to do. Then I realized that his PK Fire traps opponents well. Since then, I have been experimenting on variations, such as using PK Flash instead of dair.

===Level 9's are stupid===
Although CPU ability has been strengtened from Melee to Brawl, there are still some faults. I often play with Items off, but still sometimes play on banned stages. Once, when I was playing on Mushroomy kingdom (underground), I realized that the CPU level 9s weren't attacking me, they were atting the blocks all around the stage.

From Starmen.net:

Emily: I can only refer you [Falcon 24] to Rule 1: " The members here all have differing backgrounds, and as a result also will have differing opinions. If someone has a different opinion from you, respect it. You are allowed to disagree, but being rude to them for it is unacceptable."

Falcon24: I’d like to refer you to any time that rule has actually been rigidly enforced in recent memory. It hasn’t! I could continue this discussion, but it’s really gotten meta and off-topic. Regardless, my standpoint is that people on either side of this conversation are just talking past one another, and that’s pretty funny, so it should be pointed out.

And that, folks, sums up exactly why Starmen.net's moderation sucks.
