Nolimar (also known as Solimar or Lolimar) refers to the practice of using Olimar without any Pikmin, either due to losing Pikmin from being KO'd or by choosing to play the entire match with no Pikmin.

Playing without Pikmin results in Olimar having no smash attacks, no grabs or throws and no fully functional special moves. His offensive powers are limited to one aerial attack, all of his tilts, and his Final Smash. Regardless of his drastically lower options, Olimar's tilts are capable of KO'ing opponents at very high percentages, and Pikmin Order's launch resistance is intact to aid in surviving, so it is possible, albeit very difficult, to defeat opponents as Nolimar.

Intentionally playing as Nolimar can be compared to playing only one Ice Climber.
