| I'm seriously going to propose "SmashWiki:Stop making your own tier lists". Unless you're some crazy researcher like Toomai or OT, you do not know what you are talking about. Link is not better than Meta Knight. More awesome, yes, but not better. ffs.

| :To clarify, I wasn't actually going to propose this as a policy. That seems like such a massive waste of time and honestly not worth making an official policy page. I honestly don't care if you make a tier list about whatever you want, as long as you don't spend all your time on it (like some users currently are). Do I really care if you edit a page in your userspace once a month? No. I feel like proposing "SmashWiki:No tier lists" is stupid because it would be made just to stop one or two users, and that to me is not something that needs to be codified as a policy. Writing a reactive policy just because of event <x> is stupid, because then we'd end up with 9001 very specific and not-applicable-in-99%-of-situations policies, which is just unnecessary regulation. If you'll notice, most of our policies are very general-- we have nothing similar to SW:NOTIERS, and for good reason. Unless the problem is wiki-wide, to resolve it you discuss possible solutions and implement them, not write a policy about it.
