In Super Smash Bros.

Kirby's neutral special and down special originate from the game.

In Super Smash Bros. Melee

The stage Fountain of Dreams is from this game, though its music is not. Kirby's new side special, Hammer, also comes from Kirby's Adventure.

Meta Knight originates from Kirby's Adventure. His down special, Dimensional Cape, also comes from the game. In addition, the Butter Building music from Kirby's Adventure is featured as a track for the Halberd stage.
