| The battleship doesn't appear until late in the [[subspace emissary]] after [[Ganondorf]] has all of the remaining subspace bombs detonated in one space, creating an area of subspace large enough for the battleship to move through. [[Bowser]] and [[Ganondorf]] tests the weapon's power by firing a beam into an ocean. However, the [[Battleship Halberd|Halberd]] appears, trying to attack the ship. The Halberd is initially able to avoid the laser cannons on the battleship, but one of the shots manages to connect which rips clear the Halberd and causes it split into when falling. However, the smaller ships the protagonists were flying in (such as Samus' gunship, the Blue Falcon,olimar's ship and Arwings) fly out of the Halberd's wreckage and continue the battle. [[Kirby]] suddenly appears and rams through the battleship with his [[Dragoon]], destroying it.
