Is there any template that allows you to substitute something "back" into a template? This is for allowing you to type ~~~~ and get a templated sig. Smiddle (talk) 05:59, 26 December 2010 (EST)
- I don't see this being possible. Toomai Glittershine 10:18, 26 December 2010 (EST)
- Yes it is. If I remember correctly, you create a template saying {{{{{1}}}}}. Let's call the template A, and the template that you want to un-substitute B. Then, all you have to do is {{SUBST:A|B}}, resulting in {{B}}. Judging by your reply, I am assuming that it doesn't exist and I'm creating it (just to be sure, I searched through Category:Templates).
