PS. Since it has come to my attention that people are wtf?ing at Toomai's promotion, it's kinda been coming for a while. I asked him a few months ago if he felt capable of doing the job, because I felt like leaving then, but then I decided not to leave and so kept the position myself. About a week ago, I directly asked him if he was willing to do the job, and since I just wanted to get out I didn't bother going through all the red tape for a candidate I fully believed would be successful.
