Fox128 is a Smasher from Vienna. He is a Melee player from Austria and Hungary, as he is a dual citizen of both of them. He also has been nominated and discussed to be the best player in the whole german-speaking scene lot's of times, however, he doesn't claim that title. He started to play Melee on May, the 24th, in 2002 (Melee's European release date). He started playing with pro-techniques about one year later. He now mains Sheik, Falco, Fox, Marth and C. Falcon.

Single player history:

Fox128 started playing Break the Targets, Home-Run Contest and 10 Man-Melee in 2002. He held the world record for Marth in HRC with 1111.2m (PAL version). His BtT total is 3:28.18. For a short amount of time, he held the best totals in BtT, HRC and 10MM in the german-süeaking scene. However, he quit playing single player mode in 2004.

Tournament history:

Winter Tournament 2003, Hamburg, Germany (WT03)

This was the first tournament ever held in Germany. It only had about 10 attendants, however, those were the elite of the scene at that time. Fox128 placed 2nd.

Summer Tournament 2004, Hamburg, Germany (ST04)

15 attendants. At this point, Fox128 has quit single player mode, so he could fully focus on VS mode. He placed 1st, only losing a single match to his own training partner rav, easily defeating his rival and friend Sakura, whom he lost to the year before. From then on, he was considered to be the best german-speaking player.

'The Royal Treatment, France (RT)

This was the biggest European tournament ever hosted at that time, with over 50 attendants. He placed 5th by defeating big names like JD, Seretur and even leaving Helios behind. This tournament is considered to be the major break-through for Fox128's smashing carrier.

Renaissance of Smash 2, Sweden, 2005 (RoS2):

At the well-known tournament series from Sweden, Fox128 placed 17th, only losing to Nihonjin and Dude.

Renaissance of Smash 3, Sweden, 2006 (RoS3):

After taking a long break from Smash, Fox128 managed to place 17th again at this major event.

Smashfest Wittlich, Germany (SFW):

A small tournament in Germany. This was the only time Fox128 met Black Soul (playing quite even in freeplay). Oddly enough, only a Low Tier tournament was held, which Fox128 won.

Jeffz0r's Smash Tournament 5, The Netherlands, December 2006 (JST5):

After getting first in his pool by beating 1st seed Doraki, he kind of screwed up in the bracket, getting 25th place. However, he had some fun as he was meeting Captain Jack for the first time in his life. Both got drunk and high at Jeffz0r's place, and, in that state of mind, Fox128 managed to win a Sheik-ditto against Japan's best.

Renaissance of Smash 4, France, 2007 (RoX4):

At this major event with almost 200 attendants, Fox128 barely made it through pools, winning against Luma. He, again placed 25th, by losing to Svampen.

Smashfest Leipzig, Germany, 2007 (SFL):

At this tournament, Fox128 placed 3rd place in singles, only losing to perfect_shadow. For doubles, he teamed with Broken Bone. They placed 1st, beating Luma and perfect_shadow in the Grand Finals.

Epita Smash Arena 2, France, February 2008 (ESA2):

At the biggest tournament ever held in Europe, with over 200 attendants, Fox128 placed 25th once again. And once again, this was the best placement achieved by a german-speaking player, present at the tourny. It was also his first encounter with Masashi, whose Fox he managed to beat with Sheik one time (out of 5).
