::::He has violated [[SW:NPA|NPA]] on and off-wiki more than once, and even after his first block he went on to attack Zeldasmash (and before that, he had harassed Zeldasmash multiple times). I would believe that Doc King saw Zeldasmash as inferior and thought it would be OK to make such actions, and/or he thought it would get him attention or some kind of award from an admin witnessing his actions. He doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes and I'm willing to bet he'll return doing the same sh**.
