The How to Play movie is an archive movie in Super Smash Bros. Brawl that teaches the player basic techniques on how to play the game. It shows Mario fighting Bowser on a stage that resembles the Midair Stadium
The movie shows how to:
- Walk and run
- Jump
- Perform normal attacks, strong attacks, and Smash attacks with A
- Use special moves with B
- Shield
- Roll
- Dodge
- Grab
It should also be noted that Mario is shown using a meteor smash at one point during the movie.

This video uses the same music as the "How to Play" video in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
