Stage Builder is a mode in Super Smash Bros. Brawl which, indeed, allows a player to build a stage. Options include the stage's size, the music used, the background, and, of course, the individual components. Created stages can then be sent to Nintendo, and one a day will be hand-picked to be distributed to players around the world. They can also be sent to friends over Wi-Fi and via SD Cards. You can name the stage, write details, and make the stage with various components such as conveyor belts, spikes, and so on.
