Template:Stage WarioWare is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It takes its name, as well as its theme, from Wario's games, the WarioWare franchise. Occasionally, the stage takes you from the main "elevator" into a microgame, which you can complete to obtain some sort of award. The microgames seem to be able to damage characters, as a screen shot depicting a "Dodge the rain" game shows the characters in the rain taking non-flinching damage.
The "Elevator Room" is a recurring level in Wario Ware games where every possible Microgame in the game can appear. The animal drawn on the Elevator is different for every game. In Brawl's case, the Pig comes from the Original Wario Ware Inc.: Mega Microgame$
Microgames Shown
The following microgames have been shown in the WarioWare stage thus far, all from Mega Microgame$:
- "Kitty Cover": A cat walks around in a rainstorm, and you originally had to move the umbrella with the D-Pad so that the cat would remain dry in the non-rainy area provided by the umbrella's cover. In Brawl, the rain does minor damage to all fighting characters, and the cat and umbrella are possible obstacles.
- "Arrow Space": A tiny ninja outside a Japanese fortress in the background is target of a wall of arrows raining from above, and you originally had to move the ninja with the D-Pad into the area where there was a gap between the arrows. In Brawl the arrows are damaging to whoever they hit, and the ninja appears possibly as a little obstacle.
- "Crack Down": A giant with a hammer in the background smashes down on a mountain to generate an earthquake, and you originally had to make a chicken in the foreground jump off the ground with A at the right time so that it wouldn't be hit by the tremor. In Brawl characters should be in midair when the quake occurs so they won't be damaged on the ground. The chicken doesn't seem present.
