He has the most projectiles of any character, and has pretty much infinite recovery though, if you use his explosives. Using his explosives only increases his damage though. Sure, you might make it back, but then you'll have to deal with your opponent at a high percentage, and that's not good. His strong attacks, variable projectiles, and great recovery give him some great advantages, but he's also quite slow, can be comboed easily, and he has poor jumps.
