Event Match 21: Ice Breaker is one of the 51 Event Matches from the Event Mode in Super Smash Bros. Melee. There is a slight delay between the time that the player kills Nana and when the game recognizes his or her success. This is intentional, as it prevents the player from simply killing both Ice Climbers.
