Hand Grenade is Snake's Neutral B move. Press B to pull out a grenade. Press B again to throw it. The force with which you throw the grenade depends on how you tilt the control stick. Tilt it backwards to throw it softly.. Don't tilt it to throw it mildly. Tilt it forward to throw it strongly. But you only have a few seconds to throw the grenade before it explodes.
