Although this is opinionated (he's ma main), Lucas's smashes all have KO potential (the up smash does have ending lag). PK Fire is stronger then Ness and isn't that cheap and his PK thunder can be used multiple times. His netural air can effectivly deal damage and he can metor smash (then again, Ness can too). Ness's down smash isn't as strong as Lucas's, and if Lucas's U-Smash hits, it can KO easily.
