Koopa Hopping is the name for a technique found in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Provided that Bowser has ground underneath him (so it cannot be used for recovery), he can remain in the air performing aerial attacks for as long as desired. Players say that this can be used to add mobility to him.
Other known names have been "Klaw Canceling" by KevinM on Smash World Forums, "Claw Hopping" by Kagato on the Brawl Central forum, "Gimpyfishing" named after the professional Bowser mainer Gimpyfish and "The Turtle Hurdle" by StealthKiller and Phate of the Smash World Forums.
Luigi can perform a similar technique with his tornado.
