:I don't think it has ever been confirmed, so that would be [[SW:SPEC|speculation]] and we don't go off of that. Even in cases where there isn't ambiguity (such as Pikachu Libre clearly being a female Pikachu or [[Chansey]] being 100% female) we still use neuter pronouns for Pokemon.
