As I see it, there's no real need for a sockpuppet policy. This Wiki doesn't have a sockpuppet problem, and all sockpuppet cases are to be judged by a case by case basis. As pointed out, not all sockpuppets are immediately harmful (see SLZ and Smoreking), and as such, there shouldn't be punishment for merely using a sockpuppet.
