This is a list of Nintendo IPs/franchises or IPs/franchises with at least one Nintendo-published installment that have yet to receive representation in the ''Super Smash Bros.'' series (including a listing of at least one installment on the [[Chronicle]]).

This is a list of Nintendo IPs or franchises that have yet to receive representation in the ''Super Smash Bros.'' series. Third-party universes with atleast one Nintendo-published installment are allowed, as long as that installment is published by Nintendo either worldwide, in Japan, or atleast in the region it first came out in (as long as it's a brand new game and not a port, unless the port was based on a Nintendo-published/distributed game like ''Killer Instinct'' or ''Cruis'n'' or is directly developed in-house by a Nintendo division such as ''Crystalis'').
For a list of what IPs are excluded from this list, click [[/Excluded IPs|here]].

Unless it's based on something that was created and is owned by Nintendo (such as ''Nester'' of ''Nintendo Power''), this list will not include games/franchises based on non-video game properties, such as ''Popeye'', ''Kung Fu''/''Kung-Fu Master'' (which is based on ''Spartan X'', the Japanese release of ''Wheels on Meals''), or the ''Jump Stars'' games (a duology of crossover games featuring various characters from various Shonen Jump franchises, such as ''Dragon Ball'', ''Naruto'', and ''One Piece'').
==Nintendo Series==
Do note that it's possible some of the IPs listed here may or may not be owned by Nintendo, but as long as they are exclusively or at least their first installment was published by Nintendo, they go here.
