Kagaribi is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament series held in Tokyo, Japan. Although the series began during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has since become the most prestigious tournament series in Japan, regularly reaching its entrants cap within minutes of general registration opening and frequently featuring many of Japan's best players.
Due to the aforementioned pandemic, two tournaments, Kagaribi 1.5 and Kagaribi 2, were cancelled and skipped over, leading a jump from 1 to 3.
