Desert Knights 9 was a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate regional held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from January 11th-12th, 2024, as the ninth installment of the Desert Knights invitational series. This is notably the first tournament in the series to invite players from outside of the Middle East: Leon from France and Ramses from the Netherlands. Notably, a "bounty" was placed on Leon's head, with players who defeat him winning 250 SAR; as Leon ultimately won the event without dropping a set, he took the 500 SAR bounty.
