The power rankings for Florida were once decided in March, 2007, but a new one has been released as of October 4th, 2007. To devise these rankings, each person on the 6-person panel, representing each of the FL regions, submitted a list to both QueenDVS and Skrach, who then, through a very, very complicated procedure (addition, anyone?) came up with a final list.
