Fire Bird is Falco's Up Special Move in both Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The effects are as follow:
- Does 14% damage.
- Somewhat high priority.
- Puts opponent on fire.
- Lags at the beginning.
- Infamous for being the worst recovery in the game (arguably).
Unlike the Fire Fox, it doesn't burn opponents during the charge-up animation. It also appears to cover a slightly shorter distance.
