It may be somewhat difficult to KO some of the Kirbys, especially if there are some that appear on the bottom platform of the [[Great Fox]]. A good strategy is to try and catch the large groups first, picking off any stragglers at the end.
When the match starts, Kirby will spawn on the [[Great Fox]]'s tail on the right side of the stage, while the CPU Kirbys spawn on the left side of the stage. Attacks and thrown items will will pass through each character without causing any damage, [[hitstun]], [[knockback]], or [[hitlag]]. The selection of items is limited to the [[Warp Star]], and the CPU Kirbys can only be [[KO]]'d with the Warp Star. The CPU Kirbys will not attack the player's Kirby; instead, they will walk back and forth.
