Jv3x3 is an old-school tournament director from Michigan. The commonly used terminology JV stock, such as a JV 3 stock (as in 2 stocks 0%) was coined by him and was popularized by Ken and others yelling this term. He hosted some of if not the earliest tournaments in Michigan in the pre-MLG era of smash, from 2002 on.
He also helped in later periods of Smash, communicating with members of MLG and has setup carpools at much later events. He has been active as late as early 2015.

Other tournaments and tournament results
He helped host Super Champ Combo, a tournament in California run by Champ and nealdt.
In terms of tournament results, he got 17th at Gettin' Schooled 2 using Sheik and was a starter of the Mid-West team at FC3 using Fox. In this event, he took 4 stocks vs The_Doug and 1 stock vs HugS giving the Mid-West a surprising 1 stock lead though eventually the Mid-West lost by 4 stocks. He also teamed with Eddie at this tournament, getting a respectable 4th out of 87 teams.
