Hello there! There's not much to know about me other than the fact that I love Super Smash Bros. and I fight in tournaments. I'm still practicing because I still have much to learn, but I'm getting there. My Smasher nickname is Disaster Flare and in Smash it's labeled D. Flare (SSB4) or D F (Melee) (Though some call me "The D", a nickname I initially disliked that has since grown on me). In case you're wondering, Disaster Flare originates from the Flames of Disaster from Sonic '06. It was originally going to be Disaster Flame, but I wanted to be a tad original with it, and Disaster Flare has stuck ever since. Yes, I know its history is stupid. Oh, and I'm also an admin on SmashWiki and an Editor-in-Chief/Bureaucrat on Lylat Wiki, so, you know, that's pretty cool.

==My history with Smash==
My first game was Super Smash Bros. Melee back when I was in Kindergarten. My parents had just bought my brother and I a GameCube and told us to pick out some games for it. Among the ones I recall picking were Melee, Sonic Adventure DX, Luigi's Mansion, and Animal Crossing. I recall getting so excited seeing the intro for Melee, the brilliant colors that showed our beloved Mario coming to life, ready to engage Link in combat. Of course, I sucked back in the day, much worse than I do now. I also recall getting so excited when I heard Mewtwo was in the game, but it took about 5 years before I could find out how to unlock it. This is where my history with Roy comes in. I remember the first time I saw Roy, I was in awe by how awesome he looked, I remember that I found him to be so cool, and I stick to that thought even to this day. Ever since I unlocked him, I'd always play as him, and ever since Roy has always been my boy, in Smash 4, Brawl-, and even PM, though my plays with him in the latter two are much less prominent. It wasn't until I was 16 however when I started becoming interest in Smash competitively, when I first met one of my good friends, who ultimately ended up siding with me to host tournaments at said comic book store before we had to stop. Ultimately, these days my interest in competitive Smash isn't super prominent, as my skill lies within Marvel vs. Capcom, but I intend to keep getting better in SSB4 and one day I hope to be able to participate in big tournaments and be on par with the best of the best. Until then, I can keep dreaming. Also, I'm open to playing Smash with people, but I can only play on the 3DS version, as I still do not have a Wii U. Afterward, I'll let you know whether or not I'd like to battle, as I do have varying moods that changes whether or not I'd want to actually play.

I play a lot of Genshin Impact, I watch anime, and I'm writing a very ambitious Sonic fanfiction that you can find on Quotev and Archive of Our Own. Alongside that I enjoy salvaging old thrown out electronics and trying to restore them, and I enjoy collecting Lego sets. These days I keep a lot of my personal life private and aside from hobbies, I probably won't open up much unless we're really close.
