Seibugeki 12 is an ongoing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament held in Hachiōji, Tokyo, on December 3rd, 2022.

The tournament was originally planned for August 6th-7th, 2022, but was cancelled. The scheduled venue, Cocobunji Hall, (not to be confused with Coconeri Hall, the venue of Seibugeki 8 to 11) decided to charge a participation fee, and pointed out that charging a participation fee would make it a for-profit event, which might violate the guidelines for Smash Bros. in Japan. Since the organizers couldn't hold it at that venue and couldn't find a replacement venue in time, they had to cancel that iteration of the tournament.[1]
