Trouble King is the 1st event match of the 51 event matches in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
The player controls Mario, who must win a 2 stock match against a CPU Bowser on the Battlefield stage. The event match features no time limit. Bowser is heavily handicapped and his artificial intelligence is set to Level 1.
When the match starts, Mario spawns at center of the main platform, and Bowser spawns above the topmost platform.
