The Charge Shot is Samus Aran's Neutral B move.
Press the B-button to charge up power, then press the B button again to fire. Press L, R, or Z to stop charging. When the attack is fully charged, Samus' blaster will start sparkling, and one can fire a fully charged shot at any time. When used in the air, it automatically fires, either a low charged blast, or however big a shot was charged previously.
