Since Disney is a company that owns the rights, it would be better to write that they hold the rights. Smash Bros. is not produced by anything other than the game's original characters, and credit names are allowed by non-game makers, but even if the Kingdom Hearts game's original characters participate, it does not include Disney elements. Hmm.
