However, when checking [http://www.nintendo.com here], [http://www.smashbros.com here], or [http://www.esrb.com here], I find no evidence of this. I as much as I want to believe that it’s E10, it seems unlikely. Not only are Snake and Bayonetta in the base game, but they are adding Castlevania.
